Shipping will be done through the Tipsa shipping agency, and the merchandise will arrive at its destination within 4 business days after receiving payment (except in the Canary Islands). If you need a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide you with a link to track your shipment.
Shipping costs include handling, insurance, packaging, and postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. Insurance costs are 5% of the value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage your package may suffer after shipping (insurance will be covered), but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, a customs tax of €16.50 will be added.

Shipping will be made through the shipping agency Mail Boxes Etc, and the merchandise will arrive at its destination between 10 and 15 business days after receiving payment. If you need a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide you with a link to track your shipment.
