Our Company

This establishment was founded in the early 1950s by Mr. Manuel Oliva Martín and run by Mr. Julián Oliva since 1986. It became a joint property company run by Julián Oliva and his children, and was renamed Julián Oliva C.B. in 2000. It is currently still run by three of his children.

Where Are We?

We are located at 1 San Juan de Dios Street, on the corner of Plaza del Conde, directly across from the Church of Santo Tomé, where El Greco's most famous painting, "The Burial of the Count of Orgaz," is located. We are located right at the beginning of the old Jewish quarter, where the El Transito and Santa María La Blanca Synagogues, the El Greco House-Museum, and the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes are located.
