Your privacy is important to us, and we attach great importance to it. Therefore, we wish to express our utmost commitment to protecting our Users' personal data. We have implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures required by data protection regulations to ensure the confidentiality of your data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) approved by the European Union and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD). WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?
Purpose 1: Consent of the data subject, which you grant us when you send us a query.
Purpose 2. Fulfillment of contractual obligations for the acquisition of products and/or services under the conditions indicated in the contract we may formalize, as well as compliance with the legal tax obligations arising from it.

If we deem it appropriate to retain it, we will respond to you via the same means as described in our data protection policy.
WHAT ARE THE DATA RETENTION CRITERIA?
Purposes 1 and 2: We will retain your data for the duration of the statute of limitations required by legal obligations and as long as both parties remain interested in maintaining the relationship. We will then delete your data when it is no longer necessary to achieve the purposes that justified processing it.
